I placed my order on the app drove into town 15 minutes later and still waited another 15 minutes. Now usually I hardly wait long so I was a little annoyed because I was in a hurry. Well my carhop was Casandra ( not sure if I spelled that correctly because I called the manager to get her name) and she was very friendly and stayed that way even though I had a arrogant entitlement tone in my voice. She answered my questions and wished me a great evening and you know what, she genuinely meant it. I know stuff happens and sometimes it makes for a bad experience but good people can make bad situations tolerable. Thank you Casandra and I’m sorry if I was rude but you handled it great.

On the main town highway sitting outside fighting the harsh common strong winds... not pleasing. They really should add indoor dining. The server was pleasant and service was quick. What lacked here I felt is a return visit from any server to ask how my meal was and if I needed anything else. I did reach out to another server to help me with a to go bag.

Great, fast service. Each time I place an order (which is usually a large order for my family with a lot of special requests) Sonic in Cordell has gotten it right.

We had a fantastic visit tonight at our local sonic. The young man in the drive thru window was very courteous and helpful. Food was tasty and the blast my son ordered was very good! Kudos! And wait time was quick.

I come here almost daily. I'm boring and usually get the same thing. The orders are consistent, hot & good. Best fountain drinks in town. Their Blasts are awesome!

Our bell-hop was courteous, and adamant that our food was so fresh out of the oven. She repeated several times that our honey barbacue chicken wings were dripping hot, and can burn our mouths or fingers before they had a chance to cool down a little. By the way food was fresh, savory, and delicious too!

Gonna give this location five stars. The service was great and the food was great one of the best Sonic burgers I've had in a long time. My only issue is with Sonic in general. They are way overpriced for the amount of food given. But this time the food was excellent and very pleased.
